integrity, standards, and
professionalism.

Goals and Objectives
Establish the CSRA Small
Business Committee, comprised of representatives from the Augusta-Fort Gordon
AFCEA Small Business Committee, local city and county government offices, and
Small Business leadership throughout the CSRA. The Committee will assist
individuals desiring to start-up new businesses and also provide the most
current information available in the disciplines of operating and maintaining a
successful business to owners/employees of existing businesses. Committee
members will collectively coordinate, plan, and
execute committee events (e.g. seminars, workshops) and ensure sister
organizations are kept abreast of Committee's progress. The AFCEA Small
Business Committee will serve as the nucleus of the CSRA Small Business
Committee to assist in the facilitation of a combined effort involving community
officials (e.g. Mayor's Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Directorates of
Economic Development) from each and every county in the CSRA to grow and enhance
the CSRA Business Community.
Establish
an Executive Committee (Principles) to
guide and oversee the CSRA Small Business Committee. Principles will serve as
final authority in resolving issues that arise,
which cannot otherwise be resolved by the committee.
